Chinese New Year is almost over!

Well...for my part, it is over...at least the holiday part. Now I'm back at work, slacking most of the time. Who wouldn't if your job kind of sucks right?

Anyway, there are many things to say, and unfortunately, I can't remember half of them, if any right now.

Well...good to be back. Bye.

Happy Valentines Day

I don't know what's so happy about today. It's just a day in the year where florist makes a killing out of love sick puppies that humans prefer to call men. It is one day in the year that men goes crazy with their wallets buying worthless flowers for millions of mullah (which means money!) all for the sake of pleasing a girl that shouldn't require more than a few words of love from the men. Any girl who demand super expensive flowers on the day that flowers are at their most expensive are obviously not worth the money spent. I mean, you can only get laid for so much money. Any more, go find a hooker.

On another note, while I'm not at all crazy about this...commercialized, flower giving, wallet burning semi-holiday wannabe, I do know that flowers makes a girl's heart melt like hot knife through butter. This is a reliable tip I got from my erstwhile student, who is by the way, a woman, and as such, deserves attention. So guys, just buy the goddamn flowers and be done with the day already!

Jessie...wish I could spend the day with you. Too bad you don't read this. Oh, well, fate.

Depressed.....

Tell me...am I depressed? Apparently I am, since last Thursday after Japanese class. Strange, I wonder why...

Anyway, did my Chinese New Year shopping. Man, it was therapeutic. Of course, my wallet took a big beating, but, hey, once a year rite? I brought one cargo pants, 3 cargo bermudas, 2 round neck T-shirts, and 4 polo tee lookalike. There's one other shirt by Giordano that I saw but they didn't have the size I want that I wanted to buy. S$29 only, cheap...relatively.

Anyway, all those shopping and game grinding doesn't seems to lift my spirits much. Hmm, maybe when I go to class tomorrow I might get cheered up by the supreme pure presence of my Japanese teacher?

One can only hope.

にほんごのべんきょわとてもむじかしいですね!

WOW! Studying the Japanese language, though enjoyable, is definitely hard. Not only do I have to remember the vocabularies, things like nouns and adjectives, there are a whole lots of sentence structures that need memorizing as well! Damn! I need a long time for them all to sink in! But I see some girls in class are way better than I am. I am so embarrassed. As a self-confessed anime/manga lover, how can I lose to some upstart Japan Hour loving chica?!
